Cannot disable Speed Insights — being charged $10/month on Pro upgrade

Hi Vercel team,

I’m trying to upgrade my Hobby team to Pro, but the upgrade screen
is charging me $10/month for Speed Insights that I never intentionally
enabled and cannot disable.

What I have already tried:

  1. Searched my entire repository for @vercel/speed-insights
    and SpeedInsights — 0 results.

  2. Ran npm uninstall @vercel/speed-insights in my project —
    the package was not installed (nothing to remove).

  3. Checked Settings → Billing → Paid Add-ons — I cannot find
    a working toggle to disable Speed Insights from there.

  4. Checked the Speed Insights page on the project — the ellipsis
    menu (…) to disable the feature is not available, similar
    to the issue reported here:

This is blocking my Pro upgrade because I do not want to be charged
$10/month for a feature I do not use.

Could someone from Vercel manually disable Speed Insights on my
project so I can proceed with the upgrade?
