Duplicate charges for domain renewal on Vercel

Problem

I was charged twice for my domain renewal of vincentjunior.dev on February 24, 2026. Two identical charges of $13.00 were processed just 4 minutes apart (invoices 70FF0625-0016 at 05:05 and 70FF0625-0017 at 05:09). Both charges have been paid. When I attempted to submit a refund request through the form, it stated that the charges are not refundable. I need assistance in refunding one of these duplicate charges.
