The usage of a static website comes under fair-use but because the said website is promoting the services you provide for commercial purposes, it falls under the Commercial usage.
I’d recommend using the Pro plan, which will also unlock more features that are useful for businesses such as Advanced Protection, Email Support, and better observability tools.
