I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this, or if you have any advice on what I can do.
About a month ago, I canceled my Team Plan because of Vercel’s pricing changes. Since then, I’ve consistently topped up credits — usually $60-70 at a time, around $20-30 per week. I still had $9 left before everything suddenly stopped.
Without any warning, my entire Team Plan access — including all my projects — was removed when the plan cancellation took full effect. I refreshed, and it was all gone. No email, no alert — nothing.
This is incredibly stressful, as I have active projects stored on Vercel worth significant time and money (over $30,000 of work).
I’ve created an urgent case with Vercel support, but no one is responding. The last time I created a similar urgent case, it took two weeks to get a reply — I don’t have that kind of time now. I’m honestly scared to tell my team that the last few weeks of code might be lost.
Please, if anyone has been through this or has ideas on how to recover access or get Vercel’s attention faster, let me know.
Did you know there’s another category dedicated to v0 topics? A human should be here soon to help, but the answer may already be available even faster in one of these other posts.
Our docs are a great place to start.
We also have a walkthrough to help guide your workflow.
And these recordings can give you a look at v0 features and strategies in action shown by our Community:
Your projects are not lost, but access to the team is removed when you cancel your plan
The billing team should be able to transfer your projects for you when they get to your support case, but the fastest fix would be to resubscribe to regain access and then transfer the projects yourself from the team to your personal account
Under general settings there is an option to transfer data between teams, but I’m pretty sure you’ll need to resubscribe first to do it
