Having big Issues With new Premium Subscription – Account on Pause

Hi Vercel Team,

I recently subscribed to the V0 Premium monthly plan and received my first $5 credit, which was used up. However, now I’m being prompted to upgrade to Ultra, even though I’m already subscribed to Premium.

What’s more concerning is that:
• My $20 monthly credit appears to be unused, yet it shows monthly credit: $0 and purchase credit: $0.
• My work is now paused, which is affecting my workflow and project timelines.

I’ve attached a screenshot clearly showing the issue.

This looks like a bug or account sync issue, and I need urgent help to resolve this. My work depends heavily on this, and it’s frustrating that a subscription I’ve paid for isn’t being acknowledged.

Please prioritize this case. Also, I strongly suggest that future updates to V0 be thoroughly tested before public rollout to avoid breaking live user workflows.

I had the same issue. The subscription was renewed, and all tokens were used up on the same day. I don’t understand how they didn’t test this. I submitted a support request to resolve the issue, but it’s been two days with no response. I canceled the subscription.

Hey, another here with this problem.
And I’m on the V0 Team plan, which is bad for work.
The renewal charge was processed successfully, but no $30 credits were added to my account. This is ridiculous!
Can someone from the Vercel team verify the credit allocation for my account? Already dropped out of the plan because of this, but I paid for this month already and need my credits.
Happy to provide invoice ID or screenshots if needed.

You had $20.00 remaining on your balance when it was reset to $5, so you can expect a credit of $15.00 soon
