# How to get actually support help! v0.dev is broken

Im am so tired of wasting days and money with v0...it does nothing but make changes when not asked, breaks functionality, then cant fix what it broke or take back the changes it made...then I have to restore a version before that losing days of god dam work. now it to the point where it totally broken and I cant find anyway to get real help and not some AI bot giving me answer that do nothing.

Yes I give clear prompt even use other ai to get prompts research errors I get and so forth Im not new to this...IM not sure what has happened but seems ever since so reasoning AI have came out nothing work just go in loops of fixing the same errors over and over again

How to I get real support from someone from the vercel/v0 team...?

I'm sorry your experience hasn't been as easy as it should be. There are a few ways you can get help with v0. 

Obviously, you already know that you can ask us here in the community. If you are able to share screenshots of the problem you're seeing or have a public example chat that demonstrates the problem, those are great ways to let the rest of us see the same thing you see. That way we can work together with you to debug the issue.

You are also welcome to open a case with the support team. The chat bot at [vercel.com/help](https://vercel.com/help) will ask what you need help with, then you can click the "Create Case" button to prefill the support form. You'll be able to review and edit the form before submitting it.

We also have some resources here where you can see how others use v0 and other AI tools if you're interested in that. I find that type of info helpful, but I know everyone works differently. The recordings from our [live events](https://community.vercel.com/tags/c/events/42/v0) are good if you like a video format, and  the written [become a v0 expert](https://community.vercel.com/t/become-a-v0-expert/5981) guide has some valuable info if you prefer that format.

Did you get any help?

I have the same issues. V0 breaks more than it works.

1. Goes into conversation mode and can't switch. ADD A FREAKING BUTTON TO SWITCH TO CODE MODE! Duh! Not that hard.

2. My download project zip link is now gone. I have to download all files ones by one. 

3. Crash. All the time. This is my most hated error - 
" An Error Occurred
## `l.toReversed is not a function`"
FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY! This is the biggest problem I have, just continual crashing.

We've had some other recent reports of slow loading, but it seems like that's improved this week for most people

If you still have issues loading your project, it would be helpful to know more
- Does it affect all projects, a few projects, or just one?
- Does it affect new projects, or only existing ones?
- Chats with many revisions tend to slow down a bit. Does loading speed improve if you duplicate to a new chat?
- Do you see any errors in the [dev tools console](https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/console/)?

Seems like reaching support is not possible.

Been trying to make cases for over a week now. Every time I open a case, it magically “closes” without any response. 

V0 is nuking my entire codebase.

V0 doesn’t even have access to my OWN codebase which IT created itself.. Not only that, but when a refund was processing, over a week ago, still no update about that, or progress with the refund.

I can’t seem to reach any actual human support. Just a bot which says “Create Case” after I create my case and check back a day later, it says “No cases yet, create a new case to get started.”

Heys someone from support  I signed a 30-dollar plan once, but because I’m in Brazil it showed up on my credit card as about 211 reais. I thought that after paying, I’d get unlimited chats to create websites, but my account stayed on the free plan. It didn’t even look clearly “free,” so I assumed it had activated.

Then it kept charging my credit card 211 reais even though I didn’t have available credit. When I tried to cancel, I got sent to the v0 support chat. The AI there told me that if I paid an open 30-dollar invoice, it would cancel my plan and refund both charges.

So I paid **again**, and then it said it couldn’t refund me because it was “just an AI.”

Now what I want is to cancel this damn plan and get a refund for the last payment, and if possible the first one too, but if not, at least the second charge.
