I’m reaching out because I’m stuck in a situation I can’t resolve on my own.
Problem
I received an invoice for $734.49, with $709.96 of that being Build Minutes charges. This happened because my build settings were misconfigured (I believe Turbo builds or a higher-tier build machine was enabled unintentionally). I’ve since corrected the settings to prevent this from happening again.
Current Situation
- This is a hobby project and I’m unable to pay this invoice
- I tried to cancel the invoice through the self-service refund tool, but the amount exceeds the automatic cancellation limit
- I want to downgrade to the
Hobbyplan, but I can’t do that while there’s an outstanding balance
I’m essentially stuck and don’t have a way forward. Is there any way someone could help me get this invoice cancelled so I can downgrade my plan?
