How to switch from a Team workspace to a personal Premium plan in v0

I want to use v0 as an individual (Premium plan), but my account is currently stuck in a team workspace.

I cannot find any option to switch to a personal account or access the Premium plan.

Could you please help convert my account to a personal plan or enable the Premium option?
