Hello. My Vercel hobby plan account was suspended the other day. I checked its usage limit, and now it’s below the limit, but the account has been suspended. Is there any way to untie it

I asked the community for help, but when I was suspended, I visited my website and was immediately suspended. Because one of my projects was maliciously attacked before, I exceeded the free quota, but now I have deleted the attacked project, but now my normal project can’t be used. I need help, thank you.
