Not able to fix my phone number that is associated with my domain

I got an email stating that I need to ensure my info is correct for my domain for the ICANN’s policy. When I go to domains → click configure and scroll down to the bottom where it had my personal information, my phone number was wrong. It only included the country code and the last 7 digits and did not include my area code. When I tried to change it to what it actually is, the save button grays out and is no longer pressable. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing has really worked.
