Pro subscription on wrong account, demo & website down, level 1 for weeks, tickets unanswered

My active projects and prompts are all in AURUX, but the Pro subscription and credits were assigned to Aurus. I need the Pro subscription and credits moved to AURUX, AURUX converted to my primary Team workspace, and the unused Aurus account removed after migration. Hobby needs to be Team account. Aurus (pink) needs to be deleted.

Current: Pro subscription is on account “Aurus” which has no projects. All active projects and deployments are on account “AURUX” (auruxai) which shows as Hobby. Site and demo are inaccessible.
Expected: Pro subscription and credits on AURUX, which is my working account.

No code issue. This is a billing/account migration issue. Only Vercel can move subscription credits between accounts.
