Maybe its just me, but you can always ask for a refund via the form. I think its just normal business operations and that they keep monitoring how much refunds a account requests. If you dont think this is normal behaviour, maybe describe better why its abnormal behaviour. Thanks.

O reembolso é solicitado, o dinheiro é devolvido automaticamente, porém os créditos na plataforma é mantido, e com isso o usuário pode comprar mais créditos com o mesmo dinheiro. Mesmo que tenha um limite para solicitação automático. Imagina muitos usuários abusando disso, o prejuízo financeiro é imenso.
