Hello Vercel Support,

My Hobby team's rolling 30-day usage is now back within the included limits, including Fluid Active CPU. However, the Vercel dashboard still shows “Paused – Upgrade to resume service.”

My production domain waqtsalah.com is also behaving inconsistently: it is accessible in some cases, while the dashboard continues to show the team/project as paused.

The original pause period has already elapsed, and my current usage is below the Hobby limits.

Please manually review and fully unpause the team/project on the Hobby plan and clear the remaining paused status.

I am also working on reducing server-side CPU usage and improving caching to prevent recurrence.
