Request to void invoice and downgrade overdue Vercel Pro account to Hobby

Current: My account is in an overdue state with a $40 invoice (Invoice ID: KEKMA0K3-0002). I am unable to downgrade to the Hobby plan because the system blocks changes for overdue accounts.
Expected: I would like to have the $40 invoice voided and my account downgraded to the free Hobby plan as this was an accidental upgrade.

Code, configuration, and steps that reproduce this issue:

  1. Accidentally upgraded to the Pro/Team plan.
  2. The payment failed, causing an “Overdue” status.
  3. Attempted to downgrade in Settings > Billing, but received the error:
You cannot downgrade while your plan is in a canceled or overdue state.
