Someone else ran into a similar issue and shared their solution. Can you give these steps a try?

Can't connect to Supabase within v0 editor

Finally figured it out. In case anyone is experiencing the same issue: Open the v0 project settings. Select each environment variable to edit. Enable all environments: Production, Preview, Development
