The Service Tier Flex option is not available in the GPT 5.6 series

I’m using GPT-5.6 through AI Gateway with a Vercel API key.

When I include the “service_tier” parameter with the “flex” option in the request using the correct format, the response still reports the default service tier, and billing is charged at the default tier instead of Flex.

This issue appears to be specific to GPT-5.6 (not other gpt models)

Please investigate this and resolve it as soon as possible.
