I want to transfer ownership of a hobby plan team from myself to another user. That user is currently a part of the team as a “viewer”. The option to upgrade them to owner is disabled. How can I upgrade them to own this team and its associated projects?
A Hobby team can only have one owner. To transfer ownership of the whole team, you would need to temporarily upgrade to Pro and add the new owner. It may be easier to join the new owner’s team and transfer projects to that team. Or you can give the site code to the new owner so they can deploy their own version of the site(s) and you can delete your copies.
