I am not able to acccess old project that I have started in free even I upgrade my plan. Please help me}

I transfer the chat to the Team account from the free one. Was it correct step?
You should still be able to access the project on a free account.
Is the project missing from your list, or is it just not working when you try to access it? If you can share screenshots or error messages, that’ll give us more clues about what’s going wrong
