Hi everyone,
I’m trying to delete my Vercel account, but I’m blocked by an unpaid invoice: PET5NBCM-0001 for $20.00, dated March 24, 2026.
I know invoices older than 30 days don’t show up in the self-service cancellation form. I contacted support, but they said it’s outside their standard billing adjustment window per the Support Terms.
I simply want to delete my account.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a way to escalate or get manual help from a Vercel team member here?
