Problem
I’m trying to subscribe to a monthly plan on Vercel, but I’m unable to proceed because the system shows I have an unpaid invoice that needs to be paid first.

I don’t recall subscribing to this service or using it.
What I’ve Tried
I tried to cancel the invoice through the billing settings, but the cancellation form only allows invoices from the past 30 days. Since this invoice is about 10 months old, I’m unable to cancel it myself.
I don’t want to pay for a service I didn’t use, and this unpaid invoice is now blocking me from purchasing a new plan.
Could someone please help me get this invoice cancelled or removed so I can proceed with my new subscription?
