Usage limits issue after Vercel Pro trial expires

I started a Pro trial when my free usage was barely used.

After the Pro trial ended without me upgrading, my account reverted to the Hobby plan. However, the usage I accumulated during the Pro trial is now counting against my free plan limits, causing certain operations to be paused due to over usage. Is this right, should my pro trial usage be counting/rolled into my hobby plan? Additionally, I suspect the trial has also delayed my hobby plan free usage reset cycle.

Either I got very confused here or there is something wrong, would really appreciate if a staff member could take a quick look when free.

It sounds like you’re not able to use Pro features because you no longer have an active Pro plan or trial. Your team is not currently paused, so everything should be working as normal for Hobby as far as I can see. Can you talk me through this a little more?

If you let me know which features aren’t working for you, that’ll give me a direction to look. Screenshots or error messages are helpful too.
