v0 account stuck on free team plan preventing upgrade to individual premium

Problem

I have a bug where my account is seen as being on a free Team plan even though I do not have a team. I cannot change back to an Individual account.

Current Behavior

  • I want to upgrade to Premium, but only the v0 Team plan for $30/user/month is available.
  • I need to use the Individual Premium plan for $20/month instead.
  • Support hasn’t been able to resolve this yet. Has anybody else encountered this?

Just checked the high level logs for more info. Looks like you signed up for a Vercel Pro team and then cancelled it, so it still shows as a “team” plan until that subscription expires. Which appears to be why v0 is only showing team options and not the individual Premium plan.

I’m going to check with the team to make sure this isn’t a bug and find out what else I can do to help you get your Premium plan started :folded_hands:
