v0.dev credits purchased but not usable despite showing as available

Problem

I purchased $20 in v0.dev credits; they show as available, but I’m still being prompted to buy credits again and can’t use them.

Steps Taken

  • Refreshed the page
  • Re-logged into the account

Context

I’ve noticed similar reports in the community dating back to May–June 2025, and it appears this issue is still unresolved. I kindly request an update or fix, as prolonged unresolved billing issues can reduce interest in the platform.

Can you share a screenshot after hiding sensitive information that v0 credits are not applied? Or where v0 prompts you for purchase even though you have enough credits?

You can see the credits available was 22 on right side, on the left side it is showing Buy Credits.

Yes, I’m still facing the issue. It’s been almost 4 days since I reported it, and the credits are still not usable. There’s been no follow-up so far.

Thanks for checking, but this is becoming very time-consuming. I’ve been blocked for several days now, the credits are still unusable, I’m requesting credits or compensation while this gets resolved.

I understand @chaitu1616133416-945 and this surely isn’t the experience we vouch for at Vercel. I’m escalating it to get this sorted.

I just bought $20 more credits and it’s not letting me use them, prompting me instead to buy another plan - which doesn’t seem right. Hope this gets resolved for the both of us

@pawlean I hope my issue can be investigated or add to the testing pool on figuring out what went wrong

Update: I opened an incognito chrome profile and it worked. Must be a cache issue
