v0 error fetching plan with no_subscription code despite active credits

Problem

I’m not able to submit prompts because it is saying I ran out of credits. However, I know I had $18 worth of credits before this issue occurred and I’m not even able to add more.

Error Message

I received the following error:

There was an error fetching your plan. Subscription not found Error code: no_subscription

Context

I know I subscribed to the premium plan, with a confirmed purchase. Has my account been blocked or banned for some reason?

Could you try the following:

  1. Check your subscription status - Go to your v0 settings/billing page to verify if your premium subscription is showing as active
  2. Clear browser cache - Sometimes cached data can cause subscription status issues
  3. Try a different browser or incognito mode - This helps rule out browser-specific issues

I used edge and Opera, as well as cleared cache. Still no luck.

At this point, may I just be issued a refund for my subscription and credits purchase? I have deadlines to meet and this has been a huge inconvenience with not even response from the support ticket I submitted.
