I’m not able to submit prompts because it is saying I ran out of credits. However, I know I had $18 worth of credits before this issue occurred and I’m not even able to add more.

Context
I know I subscribed to the premium plan, with a confirmed purchase. Has my account been blocked or banned for some reason?
At this point, may I just be issued a refund for my subscription and credits purchase? I have deadlines to meet and this has been a huge inconvenience with not even response from the support ticket I submitted.
Hey Pauline, thank so much for responding and I apologize if I came off rude. I had already went through the Help link initially before making this post to the community, but I still haven’t received any responses from anyone. I’ll try resubmitting a support ticket.
