Are you using a Free account or a paid one? The “Fix for Free" with v0” works fine (I literally just used it on something). But maybe it doesnt work when you have run out of credits or on a free account? Not sure which it is in your case. If on a paid account, have you tried just topping up to like 10USD and trying it again?
Otherwise the Fix for Free is great tbh. I think its a very good feature and hasnt failed me yet. I have even had it run itself like 6 times in a row where it fixed for free but that “fix” created a new issue, it saw it, and ran another fix for free. To me, that is great. So I am wondering what is happening in your case. Anymore info you can give on it?
for the second item…. arre you using Opus4.5 when it says / does this and spins? Are you meaning it is saying this and then not doing anything and immediately saying it again? Or are you meaning the agent is saying this and then down the line it will say this again? Seems odd as I feel the agent has got to know “me” and my ways or working in files and does remember. Have you tried prompting in specific ways of having it explain to you in depth what it will do before it does it so then you can confirm or change before it commits?
First of all, thank you for your answers. I’ll answer one by one.
I’m using a paid account. I’m on a Premium account.
This happens when I use V0 Agent, and it uses up my credit and completes the process. Then, after saying, “The user is right, I need to read the files first, and then write them,” it asks me to use up my credit again, use up my credit, and then use up the credit
I actually have no idea then tbh. I mean you are paid account so that should not be related at all (if it even is to start with…idk).
But the Fix for Free with v0 should be working. When you click that, it shoudl run something and then charge you. Is it doing that?
Or are you saying it will run a “fix” but its not actually fixing anything. Then you are telling it that and thus that is a prompt and so it is no longer fixing for free? If that is the case, I do understand what you mean as i have also experienced this myself. And to your point sure, in that case Fix for free is not really “free” if its not fixing and you are having to prompt a fix, etc.
But…. i again am not sure what to do or say in that case. As I have also experience this (but VERY random and rarely), I can only say….. we sort of have to expect these thigns to happen. I mean when I was using Lovable they have the same feature (fix for free) and there would be plenty of times it said it fixed it, but it didnt and I would end up prompting saying it didnt fix it, show it screenshots of what it said it fixed but didnt and thus… I was paying for it and it wasnt truly “free”. So this isnt like a v0 thing by any means. I think its just a “thing” that is bound to happen. Agents are great, but not perfect of course.
So I think wonder, are you having to end up prompting a ton to get it to fix things and that is chewing up the credits? If so, maybe try to reframe the prompt? Like try to get to the root of what is not being fixed and see if there is another way around it? Another way for the agent to understand.
And yeah about the not fixing for free without credits… I mean, yeah that is odd. but maybe you do need them to do that. I mean I can sort of understand that case.
But again, I am not sure.
Lets see if anyone from the team or other community members may have an idea.
Have you tried adding just a 10USD top up to see if it works.
Hello Sean
I tryed more options but not solved my problem
And add new problems for V0
Why can’t a non-premium user access the money they deposit?
The V0 mini fee is low, but it made a lot of mistakes and used up my $5 for a month. Here’s the evidence. Why does it keep trying to complete the same transaction repeatedly? I think my balance is being wasted. Also, the balance I deposit should be usable in a free account.
And if I deposit for a free fix, does that fix become a paid service?
