I’m reaching out because my $60 in gifted credits on v0 have disappeared. According to my billing page, the credits are listed under “Used and Expired Credits Over Past 3 Months” as:

Expiration:Feb 22, 2026
The credits expired just 3 days ago (Feb 22, 2026), and the full $60.00 was completely untouched — not a single cent was used. I redeemed these credits via a code and never received any email warning or notification about the upcoming expiration date, so I had no idea they were about to expire.
Request for Restoration
Given that:

The full $60.00 was entirely unused
I received zero expiration warnings

I understand that the new v0 UI now shows the expiration schedule. However, I’d like to clarify two important points:
The expiration date display is a new feature — when I redeemed the code in the second half of 2025, this Credit Expiration Schedule UI did not exist yet. There was no way for me to know the expiration date at the time of redemption.
The credits expired in less than 1 year — I redeemed the code in the second half of 2025, yet the credits expired on Feb 22, 2026, which is less than 1 year after redemption. This appears inconsistent with the stated policy that gifted/redeemed credits last for 1 year.
Given these two points — no notification, no visible expiry date at time of redemption, and expiry in under 1 year — I would still kindly request a review and restoration of the $60 credits. The full amount was completely unused.

Can you expand a bit more what coupon you redeemed? Because coupons have their own validity and are different than purchased on-demand credits, which last for 1 year.
Unfortunately, the code was given to me by a friend, so I don’t have the original coupon code or details about where it came from. I’m unable to provide more specifics about the coupon itself.
However, I’d like to point out that your team should be able to see the full redemption history on my account (salaheiyou520520-4084) from the backend, including when exactly the code was redeemed and what type of coupon it was. Would it be possible for you to look that up?
I understand if the coupon had its own shorter validity period, but my main concerns remain:
I was never informed of the expiration date at any point
The full $60.00 was completely unused when it expired
