V0 Missing Versions and Deployment Issues

Vercel V0 Support Help Needed to recover files

I’m writing to raise several critical issues I’m experiencing after renewing my subscription:

  1. Missing Versions of My Code:
    All changes I made after renewing my subscription are currently missing. I can only access versions created before the subscription renewal. This is extremely disruptive as the lost versions include important updates.
  2. Unable to Deploy Latest Changes:
    I’m unable to deploy any code changes made after my subscription was renewed. Only the pre-renewal versions can be deployed, which is unacceptable for active development.
  3. Unable to Download Latest Files:
    I’ve also been unable to download the files associated with the latest changes. This creates a significant bottleneck in my workflow and poses a risk of data loss.

Additionally, I’d like to express my dissatisfaction with your recent pricing policy update. The new model seems to run out so far ($20 plan ran out within a single day), without producing any meaningful output. This feels like a significant change, especially for paying users who rely on consistent performance and access.

Please treat this as a high-priority ticket and help me recover my code versions and restore full functionality.

Can you explain what you mean with missing versions? If I understand your timeline

  • you worked on a file
  • you renewed your subscription
  • you did further work in the same chat
  • at some point those versions were reverted?

Timeline is accurate except the last one: I was able to continue working on the same project after renew but I am unable to deploy the changes. I was able to do that prior to the renewal. I tried to download the latest changes I made so I can commit the most recent version and I was unable to download the files.

I checked back later and both the code and the preview for the latest version (and all versions after the renewal) can’t be loaded. See attached the screen I am currently seeing when I switch to the latest version.

@jacobparis any update on this please? This is a huge blocker for me and I need to know whether there’d be any resolution to this quickly so we can start looking at alternative approaches to continuing with work.
