Vercel V0 Support Help Needed to recover files
I’m writing to raise several critical issues I’m experiencing after renewing my subscription:
- Missing Versions of My Code:
All changes I made after renewing my subscription are currently missing. I can only access versions created before the subscription renewal. This is extremely disruptive as the lost versions include important updates. - Unable to Deploy Latest Changes:
I’m unable to deploy any code changes made after my subscription was renewed. Only the pre-renewal versions can be deployed, which is unacceptable for active development. - Unable to Download Latest Files:
I’ve also been unable to download the files associated with the latest changes. This creates a significant bottleneck in my workflow and poses a risk of data loss.
Additionally, I’d like to express my dissatisfaction with your recent pricing policy update. The new model seems to run out so far ($20 plan ran out within a single day), without producing any meaningful output. This feels like a significant change, especially for paying users who rely on consistent performance and access.
Please treat this as a high-priority ticket and help me recover my code versions and restore full functionality.
