v0 'Out of Credit' error with remaining purchased credits on free plan

Problem

I am currently on the free plan and have purchased $30 in credits. Although I have consumed the initial $5 free credit, I still have a balance of $20 remaining. However, I am encountering an error that prevents me from using the service.

Current Behavior

When attempting to use v0, I receive the following error:

Error: “Out of Credit sv0 stopped because you are out of credits. Please add more credits to continue.”

Credit Details

  • Plan: Free
  • Purchased Credits: $30
  • Free Credits Consumed: $5
  • Remaining Balance: $20

Kindly solve the issue so I can use the remaining credits.

Hi @habdulqader-6640, as you are on the Free plan, you cannot use the on-demand credits purchased while you were on a paid plan. You can upgrade to a Premium or Team plan to use those credits.

But why, if I have credit, but I can not use it.
is not making any sense !!

Hi @habdulqader-6640, while I understand your point of view. The v0 team made this change to prevent abuse. You can create a billing ticket from Help to get the refund for those unused credits.
