v0 Premium subscription not activating after successful payment

Problem

I upgraded to v0 Premium today but my account is still showing as Free.

Details

  • Invoice number: BDXKYVPF-0003
  • Amount paid: $20.00
  • Date: March 7, 2026
  • Product: v0 Subscription

Current Behavior

The payment was successful and shows as “Paid” on my invoice, but my plan hasn’t updated. I’ve tried logging out/in and refreshing the page, but it’s still showing Free.

Could someone please help me resolve this sync issue?

Hey everyone, firstly thank you for upgrading and raising this.

There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully.

The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?
