v0 premium subscription not activating after successful payment

I paid for the v0 premium subscription but the plan is not activated. It is still saying free plan.

I’m wondering if there was some sort of maintenence or if its a bug… Same issue for me– I paid 3 times, in fact lol.

There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully.

The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?

I was in the middle of updating a very important website, so please resolve this as soon as possible.

I’m having the same problem; I paid it and nothing’s showing up. It says I don’t have any credits and the invoice isn’t showing up either.

Last night I tried upgrading to the $20 plan. I’m seeing a charge on my card, but this morning I don’t see the $2/day credit, and I’m not seeing that I’m designated as a pro customer. My name is treynews1-8279.

@soporteeduclates-685 @treynews1-8279 It looks like you both just upgraded to a Vercel Pro plan within the last 24 hours. The plan upgrade was reflecting correctly on your Vercel accounts when I checked just now.

A v0 Premium plan is a separate subscription.
