v0 subscription double charged and support response delays

please how do you guys cope with the poor support response from Vercel?

Problem

i was charge for v0 twice same day, i paid $30 for upgrade and the payment was valid an hour later i was asked to pay for same invoice.

Current Status

  • this has been more than 4 days
  • i have open several cases, no one was attended to
  • 4 days is gone already out of the 30 days i paid for
  • i cant use the system to complete my project

its so frustrating knowing is a system clicht from there end and there are no phone numbers to reach out to, no live agents just chating with a robot, so frustrating, please has anyone here experience this before, or am i the first

This is 7 days now still no response from the Vercel Team, i am stuck on my project and my days are counting

is it possible your payment didnt go through and that is why you were being asked to pay the same invoice twice?
I have not had this experience so hard to troubleshoot it fully. Is there anything you can share with the team to help show you were double charged (blurring out any sensitive information of course).

I would recommend you also try reaching out to billing@vercel.com as they would most likely be able to look right at your account and help further.

NOOO i was billed twice, let me share evidence, first payment went through, funny thing is my account is showing paid. you

can see they billed for V0 Seat twice. and since then till now i am unable to use the account, funny part part is that, it was my first time trying to use V0. i am having a really terrible experience

Those ones are the worst, sent an email to them since 27th of March till date no response. i feel ghosted, i have never seen a terrible support system compared to these before. max is 3 days but this guys are taking the whole year. i feel like is a scam, this is money issue support should be prompt, imagine paying for something and not getting to use is 8 days and counting.
