v0 subscription status remains free after successful payment and charges

I thought maybe I had missed something LOL — so I retried payment 3 times.

Issue Details

  • Bank account charged 3 times
  • Invoices and receipts received via email
  • v0 account status is not updating

It currently shows:

Credits: 0.00
Account Type: FREE

Firstly thank you for upgrading and raising this, sorry it wasn’t as smooth as we’d have liked it to be! I saw you posted on the other thread I replied to, but in case you missed it, there was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully.

The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plan has updated now?

You should have received an email about refunds for the additional tries from the team as well.
