v0 template billing error with redundant charges and Buy Credit lockout

I am experiencing a critical billing error with a v0 frontend template. I have been charged multiple times for the same template, yet I am still unable to access it.

Details of the Issue

  • Redundant Charges: I attempted to access a specific template and was charged multiple times for the same resource.
  • Access Blocked: Despite the successful deductions, the system still prompts me with a “Buy Credit 1” message when I try to enter the template.
  • Current Status: I am currently locked out of the template I paid for, which is halting my development progress.

Request

  1. Restore Credits: Please investigate my transaction history and refund/restore the duplicate credits that were deducted incorrectly.
  2. Unlock Template: Manually grant access to the template so I can resume my work.

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.

Customers on all plan types are welcome to open a new case for any billing issue.
