I am experiencing a critical billing error with a v0 frontend template. I have been charged multiple times for the same template, yet I am still unable to access it.
Details of the Issue
- Redundant Charges: I attempted to access a specific template and was charged multiple times for the same resource.
- Access Blocked: Despite the successful deductions, the system still prompts me with a “Buy Credit 1” message when I try to enter the template.
- Current Status: I am currently locked out of the template I paid for, which is halting my development progress.
Request
- Restore Credits: Please investigate my transaction history and refund/restore the duplicate credits that were deducted incorrectly.
- Unlock Template: Manually grant access to the template so I can resume my work.
