Problem

My Vercel account is paused and showing exceeded resources immediately after downgrading from Pro to Hobby.

Context

  • I downgraded from Pro to Hobby as my traffic is expected to be lower this month.
  • The Pro billing cycle ends today.

Question

Why is my account paused and showing exceeded resources when the resources were already paid for under the Pro account plan?
