Vercel account paused due to DDoS botnet attack usage

My account is paused and Vercel is telling me to upgrade, but an attacker sent me pictures of them attacking my website with a botnet.

I have pictures and chats available as proof. Please help me unpause this account for free because my website is not popular; it’s a small website. The attacker performed a DDoS botnet attack on my web, which is not my fault.
