Vercel account remains on Hobby plan after Pro payment

Problem

I paid for the Pro plan and received invoice Q9WZBBNX-0002, but my account dashboard is still showing that I am on the Hobby plan.

Current Behavior

  • Account status: Hobby (expected Pro)
  • Payment status: Paid (Invoice Q9WZBBNX-0002)
  • Support access: I cannot reach official support as the contact form is throwing errors.

I can’t believe this is where I end up posting after paying. Anyone from Vercel, please respond.
