Vercel account stuck on Hobby plan after upgrading to Pro

I’m experiencing an issue where I’m unable to upgrade my Vercel account from the Hobby plan to the Pro plan.

Problem

When I attempt to upgrade to Pro, the interface indicates that the upgrade was successful, but the account status remains on the Hobby plan. I am currently in a holding pattern and unable to access Pro features.

Status

  • I have already opened a support ticket but have not received a response in several days.

Are you being charged by chance? Can you send any screenshots of the above please.

Generally this happens when the payment ends up failing. The support team can help directly when they get to your ticket but double check to see if you were actually charged

I also got charged 50cent on my CC then it disappeared after 1 minute. I have went through the process about 20 times and it has not worked nor have I actually been charged.

Very frustrating…??

How long does it take to get a response from support? This seems like way too long!

Still nothing after 7 days and my deployment has been on hold. This is ridiculous
