Problem
My Vercel Blob storage got blocked after I accidentally downgraded from Pro to Hobby.
Current Behavior
My billing cycle has not ended yet (until March 13), but the store is showing “Your store is blocked” and I cannot access my files.
The store contains around ~6000 images used by my application, so the system has stopped working.
Important Details
- Billing cycle still active
- Blob storage blocked immediately after downgrade
- Cannot upgrade again from billing page
- Cannot pay the pending invoice
- Support ticket opened but no response for 40+ hours
The images still appear accessible through CLI (vercel blob list), so the data is still there.
I urgently need temporary access to the Blob store so I can migrate the images to another storage provider.
