Vercel Blob store blocked and inaccessible after Pro to Hobby downgrade

Hi Vercel team,

Problem

My Vercel Blob storage got blocked after I accidentally downgraded from Pro to Hobby.

Current Behavior

My billing cycle has not ended yet (until March 13), but the store is showing “Your store is blocked” and I cannot access my files.

The store contains around ~6000 images used by my application, so the system has stopped working.

Important Details

  • Billing cycle still active
  • Blob storage blocked immediately after downgrade
  • Cannot upgrade again from billing page
  • Cannot pay the pending invoice
  • Support ticket opened but no response for 40+ hours

The images still appear accessible through CLI (vercel blob list), so the data is still there.

I urgently need temporary access to the Blob store so I can migrate the images to another storage provider.

This looks like a bug in our downgrade process that doesn’t respect the billing cycle. I have temporarily unsuspended your store but it will re-suspend soon if it’s still over the limit

I’ll ping the Blob team about the bug and see if we can get it fixed
