Vercel Pro subscription active but project remains on Hobby plan

Problem

I paid to upgrade to Vercel Pro, and my billing page shows the subscription is active, yet my project still shows as Hobby.

Current Behavior

  • Subscription Status: Active in billing settings.
  • Project Status: Still labeled as Hobby plan.
  • Support Experience: Only receiving automated replies and bots.
