Vercel v0 forcing new users onto “free” team plans with zero benefit except for the privilege of paying vercel $10 more at bare minimum. After hearing my friend glaze vercel for so long, im surprised at how underhanded the sales tactics are within minutes of sign up not to extract money from free users, but to extract MORE money out of people who WANT to pay vercel…
Team plans are not forced, there is a $20/m premium plan available for individuals
We are however in the middle of redesigning this system to align it more closely with the Vercel team structure
i am currently stuck on a “complimentary” team plan, with no free credits and the premium option removed
i have case for over 11 days now yet no response i was charge for same product twice, this is terrible as no one has responded to my case.
i was charge for v0 twice same day, i paid $30 for upgrade and the payment was valid an hour later i was asked to pay for same invoice.
this has been more than 4 days
i have open several cases, no one was attended to

days is gone already out of the 30 days i paid for
i cant use the system to complete my project
its so frustrating knowing is a system clicht from there end and there are no phone numbers to reach out to, no live agents just chating with a robot, so frustrating, please has anyone here experience this before, or am i the first my case id: #1066288

Team plans ARE forced. I’m seeing this on my account too. I have no option for the $20 premium plan. I asked a friend and they have had an account longer and they are on the $20 premium plan.
I even created a brand new account using Google auth and went straight to upgrade, only options are Free, Team, Business, Enterprise. Even the pricing page on https://v0.app/pricing doesn’t mention the $20 premium plan. Doesn’t make sense to be forced on $30/m team plan if I’m not on a team.
