Not sure what I’m missing, first time paying with this method but I have the funds
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.
Hi @izzysaac, welcome to the Vercel Community!
I’ve never tried making a crypto payment myself. What does the Ethereum stand for there and USDC? Because in your other screenshot while you have enough USDC, your ETH balance is not enough.
Stripe support give me the solution:
It looks like you’re trying to make a payment using USDC on the Ethereum network, but your USDC is actually located on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). That’s why your funds aren’t showing up during the payment process.
To resolve this, please switch your wallet to the Ethereum network or another supported network such as Solana, Polygon, or Base where USDC payments are available. This will ensure that your funds are visible and you can complete your transaction successfully.
I was confusing Ethereum (decentralized blockchain) with Ether(ETH cryptocurrency)
So you need have the USDC (criptocurrency) located on the supported blockchain/network (Ethereum), not USDC and ETH (both cryptocurrencies). By default on Binance, I had it on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, so I did a bridge transaction from USDC on BSC to USDC on Ethereum
Thanks for sharing this detailed research. ![]()
