Charged 14+ months for unused v0 Premium, only offered a 60-day refund

Hi Vercel team,

I’ve been charged for v0 Premium ($20/month) for over a year with zero usage on the account the entire time. My dashboard usage log is empty for the full period, so nothing was ever generated.

I intended to cancel when I first signed up and began the process, but didn’t complete the follow-up, partly due to a health issue I’ve since gotten under control. I only recently reviewed my subscriptions and found this one still renewing, unused.

Support offered a refund for the last 60 days only. Since the account shows no usage at all for the whole time, could the team please reconsider and refund more of the unused period, ideally the full span?

I’m glad to provide my account email and invoice numbers privately to verify. Please also confirm the subscription is fully canceled.
