I am facing multiple critical issues while using the v0 platform, especially after the recent billing model changes:
Dashboard Freezing: When I try to make basic changes to a small project (just 4–5 pages), the dashboard freezes and gets stuck in the “Processing” state indefinitely. After waiting 10+ minutes and refreshing, it simply shows “Process break.”
Billing Charges Without Output: Despite the process failing or breaking, dollars are still being deducted from my balance. For instance, my small project consumed around $4-5 without delivering any result.
Wrong/Incomplete Responses: In a separate project, I tried to explain the required changes in detail, but even when I received a response, it was incorrect. Again, I was charged for it — which is highly unfair.
Old Billing Model vs Now: Earlier, the billing model was more forgiving, and I didn’t mind minor bugs. But now, I am being charged for every failure, every stuck process, and even wrong results. This is extremely frustrating and feels like I’m paying just to be disappointed.
This is a serious concern, especially for users who are trying to experiment, build, and trust your platform. Kindly look into the performance, response quality, and billing logic as soon as possible.
