How to get actually support help! v0.dev is broken

I’m sorry your experience hasn’t been as easy as it should be. There are a few ways you can get help with v0.

Obviously, you already know that you can ask us here in the community. If you are able to share screenshots of the problem you’re seeing or have a public example chat that demonstrates the problem, those are great ways to let the rest of us see the same thing you see. That way we can work together with you to debug the issue.

You are also welcome to open a case with the support team. The chat bot at vercel.com/help will ask what you need help with, then you can click the “Create Case” button to prefill the support form. You’ll be able to review and edit the form before submitting it.

We also have some resources here where you can see how others use v0 and other AI tools if you’re interested in that. I find that type of info helpful, but I know everyone works differently. The recordings from our live events are good if you like a video format, and the written become a v0 expert guide has some valuable info if you prefer that format.
