How to recover Vercel account access after losing 2FA

I lost my 2FA device and can no longer log into my primary account. I opened a support ticket (#01062409) a week ago but haven’t received any response yet. I expect to start the account recovery process as I have production projects running that I need to manage.

Lost the physical device with the authenticator app.
Don’t have the recovery codes (lost with the phone).
Opened ticket #01062409 on 26/03/2026.
Still waiting for a reply from the security team.
