Hi @anshumanb at this point it doesn’t seem like anything is working and I’m not making progress. Am I able to speak with someone about getting a refund on the domain, I haven’t had access to it for the past couple of weeks and I am yet to use it?
I would simply rather get a new domain as unfortunately it doesn’t seem like anything you’ve suggested has worked and I’m struggling to get a response from anyone.

Hi @seyidadebayo-3949, I’m sorry for that it is taking longer than expected. But, the issue doesn’t reside at Vercel but instead with the registry. Let me check with the team why your WHOIS record isn’t showing up correctly.
Hi @anshumanb, completely understand that its from the registrar, however I’ve purchased the domain through vercel. I do appreciate all the help that you’ve given through this thread but as you can imagine its extremely frustrating to still not have answers more than 3 weeks later.

I see that the WHOIS owner information is available now. You can check it on the official lookup: ICANN Lookup
I noticed you have a support case opened as well. I’d suggest to keep the follow ups there to avoid duplicate efforts.
