Invoice for domain renewal I didn't ask for

I received an invoice today, for a domain renewal. I don’t even use this domain anymore, so I have switched off auto-renew. I want to revert this charge, as I’ve paid for another year of use when I will not be using it. The AI support can’t help me, as it can’t see the invoice.
The reason it cant is because:
“The invoice ($13.50, issued today, June 24, 2026) is located under your personal/Hobby account scope. Due to a system mismatch in how our self-service refund tool queries invoices for Hobby accounts in this chat, the form is unable to display your personal invoices.”
Please can you revert this charge thanks.
