Pro plan paid for but not showing in invoices and cannot create support tickets

I have paid for a pro plan, but it doesnt show up in invoices and I cannot create a support ticket.

How do I get my pro plan actually working?

When you creating ticket via Help form, Make sure you are choosing your team instead of your username so our form can pick up your Pro account details.
