Refund for a bug

I’m writing to request a refund of $18 that was charged to my account for what turned out to be a completely broken experience with v0. Here’s what happened: I had a bug in my website that needed fixing, so I used v0, Instead of getting a working solution, I was charged $7.90 for a single chat that was supposed to address the bug fix but the system actually charged me twice for the same conversation. To make matters worse, the bug fix didn’t even work, so I essentially paid $16 for nothing. Then I had another chat that cost me an additional $2, bringing my total to $18 for what should have been a straightforward assistance request. It’s incredibly frustrating to be double-charged for a service that failed to deliver, especially when the pricing is already unpredictable. I shouldn’t have to pay these absurd premium rates for broken functionality, especially when its advertised as $0.20 a chat and I definitely shouldn’t be charged twice for the same failed attempt at fixing my issue. This kind of billing error combined with ineffective solutions makes the platform feel unreliable and overpriced. I’d really appreciate getting this $18 refunded, as I received no value from these interactions and was clearly overcharged due to system errors.
