Resuming Vercel projects paused after downgrading from Pro to Hobby plan

Does my project get shut down after I cancel Pro Plan?

I tried using Pro plan but I canceled it because I didn’t need it right now.

But then, the mail announced that my project is going to shutdown, instead of letting the project work in Hobby plan.

Is this Vercel’s policy that they shutdown projects of those who canceled the Pro plan?

Problem

The condition is just like the mentioned topic. I upgraded to Pro when I was exceeding the usage limits. Now that I no longer need the Pro plan and have downgraded back, all my projects are on pause.

Question

How can I resume my projects to continue using the Hobby plan?

Hi @worapat054-3179, welcome to the Vercel Community!

Your account was paused for violating Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines. Accounts paused for violations are not automatically unpaused.

I’ve unpaused it now after a manual review.
